The Manufacturing Operations Engineer will support the transition from engineering design to reliable, repeatable production for a modular nano grid system integrating solar, battery storage, grid power, generator input, and advanced power electronics. The company is entering a commercial execution and scale-up phase, and this role will help strengthen production processes, manage build readiness, support inventory planning, and ensure customer systems are manufactured and installed on schedule. The position focuses on improving manufacturing processes, assembly workflows, quality controls, work instructions, production documentation, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination. The engineer will ensure that required parts, materials, tools, and documentation are available before each system build and installation. The role works across engineering, production, operations, inventory, suppliers, and installation scheduling in a growing hardware company where production quality, inventory accuracy, supplier lead times, and customer installation schedules must be coordinated closely. This is a hands-on onsite role in the Santa Clara/San Jose area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with technicians, engineers, tools, parts, physical assemblies, and inventory.
