About The Position

The Manufacturing Operations Engineer will support the transition from engineering design to reliable, repeatable production for a modular nano grid system that integrates solar, battery storage, grid power, generator input, and advanced power electronics. The company is moving into commercial execution and scale-up, and this role will help strengthen production processes, manage build readiness, support inventory planning, and ensure customer systems are manufactured and installed on schedule. The position focuses on improving manufacturing processes, assembly workflows, quality controls, work instructions, production documentation, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination. It also ensures that parts, materials, tools, and documentation are available before each system build and installation. The engineer will work across engineering, production, operations, inventory, suppliers, and installation scheduling in a growing hardware company where production quality, inventory accuracy, supplier lead times, and customer installation schedules must be closely coordinated. This is a full-time employee position, not a contract role. It is onsite in the Santa Clara/San Jose area. Relocation assistance is available. Salary range is $140,000 to $150,000.
