About The Position

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Engineer Team Lead to lead a team of four employees across four CWW shifts, responsible for documenting, trending, and sustaining the health of the In/Out Room equipment fleet. The fleet includes automated packaging equipment and associated equipment such as heaters and N2 pump systems. The role identifies data sets that indicate equipment condition, organizes trends into real-time health dashboards, and establishes work processes for responding to fleet trends. The team lead is also a point of contact when equipment goes down, supports recovery from basic errors and part replacement, and works with vendors on escalations. The position combines equipment expertise, maintenance planning, fleet-health monitoring, reliability engineering, documentation, reporting, and team leadership. It includes developing a team through coaching, performance evaluations, and development planning, while fostering an inclusive and accountable environment aligned with FAB goals and operational excellence standards. All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor are full-time and on-site.
