About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to join the 777 Program Fuselage Assembly Center (FAC) team in Everett, Washington. Join Boeing’s 777 Program Fuselage Assembly Center as a Manufacturing Process Leader, where you will apply your advanced technical expertise and leadership skills to drive efficiency and innovation in manufacturing projects. You will lead process management and improvement initiatives, resolve production challenges, and develop innovative solutions that enhance organizational performance. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to gather data, conduct thorough analyses, and implement new systems and processes. You will facilitate work teams, provide essential training, and lead efforts in problem resolution and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
  • 5+ years of experience with Lean Manufacturing
  • 5+ years of experience with Project Management

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects impacting organizational efficiency
  • Apply process management and continuous improvement techniques to identify and resolve production concerns
  • Utilize problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop and implement innovative manufacturing solutions
  • Gather and analyze data to develop actionable recommendations for new systems and process implementations
  • Facilitate cross-functional work teams, lead problem resolution efforts, and deliver necessary training to team members
  • Drive change management initiatives to encourage adoption of innovative approaches and continuous improvement
  • Plan and organize work effectively, involving relevant stakeholders and managing resources to meet deadlines and performance expectations
  • Demonstrate accountability and responsibility for actions and outcomes within assigned areas
  • Collaborate effectively within teams to achieve common objectives and enhance overall performance
  • Maintain adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment with evolving tasks and processes
