About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) team. This role will support the Field or J&I Skills as a Staffing Integrator team in Everett, Washington, working on the 1st Shift. The analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining metric decks, analyzing data, managing multiple cross-functional projects, providing leadership updates, and developing strategies and plans using Lean methodologies to accomplish company initiatives. The position works under general direction and involves supporting second-level managers and their First Line Leaders, as well as running second-level meetings.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Data Analysis
10+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
10+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
10+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
10+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement

Nice To Haves

10+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
10+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System
Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Responsibilities
