About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to join the Field or J&I Skills as a Staffing Integrator team in Everett, Washington, working on the 1st Shift. This role involves creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly metric decks, analyzing and interpreting data, and managing multiple projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The analyst will provide leadership updates, offer feedback on assessment results, and work with various organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics to achieve company initiatives, utilizing Lean methodologies or other relevant tools and processes. The position operates under general direction and requires supporting 3-4 second-level managers and all their First Line Leaders, including running second-level meetings.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Data Analysis
10+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
10+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
10+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
10+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement

Nice To Haves

10+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
10+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System
Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
