About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) team in Everett, Washington. This role involves supporting the Field or J&I Skills as a Staffing Integrator on the 1st Shift. The analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining various metric decks, analyzing and interpreting data, and managing multiple cross-functional projects. They will provide leadership updates, offer feedback on assessment results, and collaborate with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics using Lean methodologies or other relevant tools. The position requires working under general direction and supporting 3-4 second-level managers and their First Line Leaders, including running second-level meetings. The role emphasizes data analysis, collaborative problem-solving, strong communication skills, and experience with process improvement within a manufacturing context.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Data Analysis
10+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
10+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
10+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
10+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement

Nice To Haves

10+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
10+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System
Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Responsibilities
