About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to join the LSCC (Line Side Control Center) Team on 1st and or 2nd Shift in Renton, Washington. As a member of the Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture, driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles, standards, production health and problem-solving model. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally in a leadership role
• 3+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
• 3+ years of experience with data analytics
• 1+ years of experience in or working with the Line Side Control Center (LSCC)
• Experience in manufacturing processes, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with BPSM, RSPS, or similar tools is preferred.
