Manufacturing Operations Analyst
About The Position
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Senior Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 4) to support the 777 Workforce Integration Team located in Everett, Washington. This role involves conducting assessments of processes and practices, analyzing data, and providing feedback. The analyst will work with organizations to develop strategies and plans using Lean methodologies to accomplish company initiatives, implementing these strategies at the appropriate organizational level. The position requires continuous assessment of potential risks and identification of gaps in processes or resources that may impact business operations, as well as coordinating resources to enhance operational efficiency. The role operates under general direction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 3+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams
