About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 3) to support the 777 Workforce Integration (WIT) team located in Everett, Washington. This role involves conducting assessments of processes and practices, analyzing and interpreting data, and providing feedback on assessment results. The analyst will communicate effectively across the business and at multiple management levels, working with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools. They will implement strategies and plans, work under general direction, continuously assess potential risks, identify gaps in processes or resources, and coordinate resources to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams
