About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Facility Custodian. This is a day-shift position.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, including trash bags, cleaning supplies, and equipment
Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Fine motor skills to perform detailed cleaning tasks, including around machinery and equipment
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
High school diploma or GED required
Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Use hands and arms to handle tools, equipment, and cleaning materials
Occasionally climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities—including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus—are required to safely perform job duties.

Responsibilities

Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including the manufacturing shop and administrative offices.
Sweeping and mopping floors
Trash and recycling removal
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Operating floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
Exchanging and monitoring coolant tank systems (training provided)
Performing general shop and custodial support duties as needed
