About The Position

Masters Gallery Foods is looking for a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Facility Custodian who thrives in an independent environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, has an eye for cleanliness and details, and is efficient and organized. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas of the facility, including office areas, lunchrooms, locker rooms, test kitchen, R&D area, lab areas, grading office, warehouse offices, maintenance shops, halls, elevators, stairs, laundry rooms, storage rooms, and all eating areas. The position also involves emptying garbage and recycling, and refilling soap, sanitizer, and towel dispensers.

Requirements

Proven team player but can also work independently and prioritize tasks
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
Must be able to work efficiently and quickly
Must be able to read well enough to determine which cleaning products to use for various jobs and to understand the directions and warnings which appear on product labels
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Continuous reaching and similar repetitive movements are required
Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels and meet customer commitments is required

Responsibilities

Cleaning, dusting, and maintaining office areas, lunchrooms, locker rooms, test kitchen, R&D area, lab areas, grading office, warehouse offices, maintenance shops, halls, elevators, stairs, laundry rooms, storage rooms and all eating areas outside.
Emptying garbage and recycling.
Refilling empty soap, sanitizer and towel dispensers in all areas as needed.
