About The Position

Masters Gallery Foods is seeking a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Facility Custodian. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and has a keen eye for cleanliness and detail. They are skilled at prioritizing tasks, maintaining things in top working order, and constantly seeking improvements. Efficiency, organization, and pride in their work are key attributes. As a Manufacturing Facility Custodian, responsibilities include cleaning, dusting, and maintaining various areas such as office spaces, lunchrooms, locker rooms, the test kitchen, R&D and lab areas, grading office, warehouse offices, maintenance shops, halls, elevators, stairs, laundry rooms, storage rooms, and all outdoor eating areas. The role also involves emptying garbage and recycling, and refilling soap, sanitizer, and towel dispensers as needed.

Requirements

Are a proven team player but can also work independently and prioritize tasks
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
Must be able to work efficiently and quickly
Must be able to read well enough to determine which cleaning products to use for various jobs and to understand the directions and warnings which appear on product labels
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Continuous reaching and similar repetitive movements are required
Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels and meet customer commitments is required

Responsibilities

Cleaning, dusting, and maintaining the office areas, lunchrooms, locker rooms, test kitchen, R&D area, lab areas, grading office, warehouse offices, maintenance shops, halls, elevators, stairs, laundry rooms, storage rooms and all eating areas outside
Emptying garbage and recycling
Refilling empty soap, sanitizer and towel dispensers in all areas as needed
