About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Specialist with a strong emphasis in industrial control panel building, wiring, and electrical assembly. This position plays a critical role in the manufacturing and integration of custom electrical control systems used in industrial and commercial equipment applications. The ideal candidate will have experience reading electrical schematics, assembling and wiring control panels, troubleshooting electrical systems, and maintaining high quality workmanship while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or control panel building
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Familiarity with industrial control components and low-voltage electrical systems
  • Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation equipment preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Knowledge of UL508A standards is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with custom machinery or industrial equipment manufacturing
  • Understanding of automation systems and controls integration
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a production environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and wire industrial electrical control panels from schematics, layouts, and engineering drawings
  • Install electrical components including PLCs, relays, breakers, terminal blocks, power supplies, VFDs, contactors, and HMIs
  • Perform point-to-point wiring and panel layout according to UL and company standards
  • Troubleshoot electrical assemblies and resolve wiring or component issues
  • Conduct electrical testing and quality inspections prior to shipment
  • Assist with equipment startup, integration, and functional testing as required
  • Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety procedures and electrical standards
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure efficient project completion
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to panel assembly and electrical processes
