Requirements
- Ability to read and understand prints — or the willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and a commitment to quality
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Read and follow work instructions and prints
- Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools, fixtures, and hoists
- Clean and prepare parts using manual and automated equipment
- Test completed assemblies to ensure exceptional performance
- Serialize components and maintain accurate workflow
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
