Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with assembly, soldering, or inspection in a regulated or precision manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 standards is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a tight-knit production team
- All candidates must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated industry
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 standards
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical device components and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as torque drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers
- Perform assembly and soldering activities by following detailed work instructions and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately complete production transactions in the ERP system and document required manufacturing data
- Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment
- Identify and communicate non-conformances to senior technicians, quality personnel, or engineering staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements
- Follow documented procedures supporting FDA quality regulations, ISO 13485 requirements, and internal quality objectives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
