About The Position
One of our valued clients in the industrial manufacturing industry is seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers to join their growing team in New Berlin, WI. This company manufactures industrial equipment and systems fully in-house, offering employees the opportunity to work on complex electrical builds, troubleshooting, and testing—not repetitive assembly line work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of electrical assembly, wiring, or panel building experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics (this is a MUST)
- Comfortable using hand tools
- HS Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical assembly and wiring of industrial equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Cut, label, and route wiring throughout units
- Perform conductivity checks, electrical testing, and quality inspections
- Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues
- Support mechanical assembly operations as needed
- Utilize hand and power tools, measuring devices, and meters
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
