About The Position

Apache Workforce is currently hiring Electrical Assemblers for opportunities in Houston, TX. We are seeking candidates with electrical assembly, conduit, wiring, and manufacturing experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling electrical components, wiring systems, and electrical sub-assemblies using hand tools, electric tools, and pneumatic equipment. This role supports manufacturing operations while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of manufacturing or electrical assembly experience (for Level I)
  • LV wiring and termination (for Level II)
  • MV wiring and termination (for Level II)
  • 2–5 years of electrical assembly experience (for Level II)
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision (for Level II)
  • Control wiring and MCC wiring (for Level III)
  • 5+ years of electrical assembly experience (for Level III)
  • Advanced troubleshooting and assembly knowledge (for Level III)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
  • Familiarity with assembly tools and measuring instruments
  • Basic shop math and measurement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and work safely in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly operations
  • Assemble and install electrical components and sub-assemblies
  • Perform conduit wiring and support fabrication
  • Pull and route wiring according to specifications
  • Read and interpret schematics, engineered drawings, and technical documents
  • Use hand tools, electric tools, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently
  • Inspect materials and report defective components or concerns to supervisors
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety procedures
  • Complete production tasks according to manufacturing schedules
  • Rotate between workstations as production needs require
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures
  • Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors
