Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Confident and persuasive
• Competitive by nature
• Motivated by recognition and measurable results
• Comfortable marketing yourself and building visibility
• Available Saturdays (Sundays always off)
• Driven to outpace peers and earn leadership
• Coachable, decisive, and competitive (if lacking sales experience)
• Background check and Drug Screen are required

Nice To Haves

• Two years sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes (no real estate license required)
• Own the customer journey from first conversation to close
• Build your personal brand through digital marketing and social media
