Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Confident and persuasive

- Available Saturdays (Sundays always off)
- Driven to outpace peers and earn leadership
- Coachable, decisive, and competitive (if no prior sales experience)
Nice To Haves
- Two years sales experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes (no real estate license required)
- Own the customer journey from first conversation to close
- Build your personal brand through digital marketing and social media
- Help families qualify and secure financing
- Develop referrals, momentum, and market presence
