About The Position

MORryde is hiring welders for its Fabrication Department to weld custom parts at a booth. Because many welds are visible on the finished product, the role calls for experienced welders who take pride in their craftsmanship and consistently produce clean, high-quality welds. Welders are responsible for setting up the weld machine and maintaining a safe, clean welding environment. The position offers the opportunity to develop welding skills in a manufacturing setting, with production incentive bonuses in addition to base hourly pay. Shift premiums of $3–$5 per hour are offered for 2nd and 3rd shift. MORryde describes its manufacturing environment as positive, clean, and safe.

Requirements

• Previous MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to maintain high safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• Welding certification; MORryde will assist in maintaining annual certification.
