Syllo
•$220,000 - $225,000•Remote

About The Position

Syllo is hiring a Managing Director of Account Management to lead its account management function and own net revenue retention, expansion ARR, and relationships with strategic customers. The role is accountable for identifying expansion opportunities, developing customer champions, managing renewal risk, and positioning customers to adopt and expand across the platform. Account management is treated as a revenue discipline, with ownership of the expansion target and accountability comparable to a sales target. The Managing Director will build and lead the AM team, create expansion-selling and executive-relationship playbooks, and directly manage executive relationships at the most complex accounts. The role partners with Customer Success on customer health and adoption data, and with Sales on cross-selling into new practice groups or business units. It also brings customer-derived intelligence about product gaps, competitive exposure, and category evolution to the leadership team. Syllo describes itself as a litigation AI company founded in 2019 by litigators and engineers. Its platform is designed to manage the litigation lifecycle and serves Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 200 firms. The position is remote in the United States. Compensation is listed as $225,000 plus equity options; the stated U.S. remote pay range is $220,000–$225,000.
