About The Position

High Tide Seafood Bar is seeking a Manager with restaurant management experience and stability in the Valley. The role focuses on improving guest satisfaction, training service personnel, maintaining food and service quality, and ensuring safety, sanitation, and security standards are followed. The Manager also promotes the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings and helps create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return. The position involves moderate working hours of 40–50 hours per week. Requirements

At least one year of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service concept.
Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
One to two years of restaurant management experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Use guest feedback to improve service, increase guest satisfaction and return visits, and reduce complaints.
Develop and implement plans to improve server attentiveness and table cleanliness.
Train service personnel to continually improve the guest experience.
Ensure safety, sanitation, and security guidelines are followed and promptly resolve items identified in inspections.
Reinforce suggestive selling by encouraging guests to consider entrees, side orders, beverages, and desserts.
Maintain standards for products, services, and quality.
Promote the wine list, specialty cocktails, and food as integral parts of the guest experience.
Create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
