About The Position

The Part-Time Manager at LOFT supports and models excellent customer experiences, with a focus on personalized service and providing guidance and support to associates. The role directly affects both customer and associate experiences. In collaboration with the Store Manager, the Manager learns store functions and is prepared to step into the manager role when needed.

The Manager represents the brand, supports onboarding and team development, promotes an inclusive store environment, and upholds visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center. The position uses tools and technology to support a customer-focused, profitable business and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Requirements

• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of retail sales experience.
• Management experience.
