The role includes embodying and promoting the restaurant’s standards, following operational policies and procedures, hiring and developing employees, improving business operations, and building community awareness and the restaurant’s reputation.

Requirements

• Prior high-volume management experience.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and openness to constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities daily.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Desire and natural ability to engage guests and demonstrate a strong commitment to guest service.

Nice To Haves

• Two to three years of practical restaurant experience preferred.
• A BA/BS degree in hotel or restaurant management is desirable.
