About The Position

The Manager leads a successful, high-volume restaurant while delivering an outstanding guest experience. The role involves upholding and inspiring others to meet the restaurant’s standards of excellence, developing employees, improving operations, and building the restaurant’s community presence. The manager is expected to foster personal relationships with guests through attentive, friendly service.

Requirements

• Prior high-volume management experience.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and open to constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities daily.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Desire and ability to engage guests and demonstrate a strong commitment to guest service each day.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods; bend, stoop, and twist; lift products and supplies weighing up to 45 pounds; and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.
• Ability to work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment and operate phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Two to three years of practical restaurant experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
