About The Position

We're excited to be hiring for a hands-on Website & AI Growth leader for Allstar Home Services! We're looking for someone who loves to build and optimize websites directly, leverages AI to move faster across development, SEO, and automation, and thinks like a true growth operator-focused on results, not just activity. About Allstar Services: Backed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Allstar Services is scaling a national network of high-performing home services brands. We are investing heavily in digital infrastructure, AI, and conversion optimization to drive the next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in web development, CRO, or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience building and optimizing high-converting websites.
  • Strong WordPress or equivalent CMS expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 / analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO (technical + on-page).
  • AI Fluency (Must Have): Actively using AI tools today.
  • Ownership Mindset: Owned conversion metrics, not just delivered projects.
  • Move fast, test often, and iterate without overengineering.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Review of the candidate's motor vehicle record (MVR).
  • Successful completion of a background investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and scale the entire digital ecosystem across multiple brands and markets.
  • Own all websites and landing pages across brands.
  • Build and optimize sites (WordPress or modern stacks).
  • Improve UX, speed, structure, and mobile performance.
  • Launch new sites for expansion markets.
  • Own conversion rates across the funnel (click → lead → booked appt).
  • Run A/B tests, optimize funnels, and improve lead quality.
  • Drive SEO strategy including technical SEO, site structure, and content performance.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate website builds and iterations, improve SEO and content generation, enhance personalization and conversion, and automate workflows and campaigns.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging tools across AI dev frameworks, SEO automation platforms, CRO and experimentation tools.
  • Build and optimize email/SMS flows (lead nurture, reactivation, retention).
  • Own segmentation, triggers, and campaign performance.
  • Improve conversion across the full lifecycle.
  • Manage agencies and vendors, acting as the operator.
  • Set timelines, execute fast, and iterate constantly.
  • Build dashboards and report on performance tied to revenue.
