About The Position

The Manager, Volunteer Services, Gift Shop, & Senior Advantage shall be responsible to provide overall and daily management of the facility volunteers to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in the performance of services and to ensure compliance with Baptist Health’s policies and procedures. This individual will provide management oversight of the facility Gift Shop. This will include staffing, purchasing, and inventory. Additionally, the Manager will provide oversight of the Senior Advantage program, including membership database, promotions and fulfillment of membership benefits. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience required.
• Minimum 3 years’ volunteer experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Strong organization, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Must be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Proven track record of successful performance.
• Ability to understand complex multifactor situations and bring appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ grant writing or retail/merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities
