About The Position
The Manager Trainee position is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop candidates for retail management at Menards. Trainees work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and prepare to take on a management role. Upon completing the program, trainees are eligible to pursue advancement at Menards store locations, the Corporate Office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities
- Participate in a hands-on training program to learn Menards’ business and prepare for a management role.
- Work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members during training.
