About The Position

Tower Loan’s full-time Manager Development Program prepares Manager Trainees to grow into leadership roles in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, trainees gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives. The role offers a path to advancement into management and includes comprehensive training and opportunities to develop leadership skills.

Manager Trainees build customer relationships, support branch goals and operations, and learn management responsibilities. The position is on-site and scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Some extended weekday hours may be needed, and the schedule may include Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending suitable services.
• Offer optional products to new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management duties, including delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
