About The Position

Bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking entry-level Manager Trainee / Account Manager Trainee for a sales and collections role. The position involves selling furniture, appliances, and electronics; contacting customers by phone or at their homes to renew rental agreements; delivering and picking up merchandise; and making service calls to troubleshoot rental merchandise and provide loaners when needed. Other duties include loading and unloading freight trucks, driving company vehicles, and cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise. Additional general duties may be assigned by management.

Work hours are generally 8:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Saturday, with one of those days off and Sundays off. Hours may vary with store needs; the stated average is 45–50 hours per week. The role requires regularly lifting and carrying 50–100 pounds and driving company vehicles. The employer describes itself as a drug-free workplace. Compensation is $38,000–$45,000 per year, based on experience and performance, with monthly bonuses and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English.
• Minimum age of 23.
• Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50–100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Sales, collections, management, or customer service experience is helpful.
• One year of experience in sales, collections, or customer service is preferred.
• One year of heavy-lifting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
