The Manager, Trade Development - Spirits will lead supplier initiative planning and performance management, acting as the state “lead voice” for spirits brand communication to business unit marketing leaders. This role involves partnering with state spirit leads to guide market decisions and align communication with their business units. The position also requires close collaboration with the Spirits' commercial team on brand performance tracking, analysis, demand planning, and inventory management, as well as working with Sales and Marketing leaders to set goals and drive sales results in the spirits space. The role requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time and perform other duties as assigned.
