About The Position

The Manager, Trade Development - Spirits will lead supplier initiative planning and performance management, acting as the state “lead voice” for spirits brand communication to business unit marketing leaders. This role involves partnering with state spirit leads to guide market decisions and align communication with their business units. The position also requires close collaboration with the Spirits' commercial team on brand performance tracking, analysis, demand planning, and inventory management, as well as working with Sales and Marketing leaders to set goals and drive sales results in the spirits space. The role requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience
  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier initiative planning and performance management
  • Act as the state “lead voice” for spirits brand communication to business unit marketing leaders
  • Partner with state spirit leads reporting to the centralized spirits team to guide decision making for their markets & align on communication with their business units
  • Work closely with the Spirits' commercial team on brand performance tracking, analysis, demand planning, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to set goals, including MBOs, to drive sales results in the spirit’s space
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned
