The Manager leads planning, execution, and oversight of complex cross-functional programs aligned with strategic business priorities. This role is responsible for driving execution across multiple workstreams, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring teams remain aligned to deliver measurable outcomes. Success in this role requires strong project and program management capabilities, structured problem solving, critical thinking, and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in fast-changing environments. Requirements

Strong experience leading programs, projects, or operational workstreams in complex and fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Demonstrated critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions.
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively.
Ability to make sound decisions quickly and operate successfully through ambiguity and changing priorities.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with a data-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Nice To Haves

Basic SQL and Tableau proficiency preferred to support analysis and decision-making.
Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area.
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
