Trans Mountain Corporation operates Canada’s only pipeline system transporting oil products to the West Coast. Trans Mountain is seeking a collaborative, motivated, and values-driven individual to join our dynamic team as Manager, Talent Programs. This role will support the design and lead the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent and culture programs that strengthen the talent pipeline, build workforce capability, support leadership effectiveness, and advance long-term talent management objectives. The position leads the Talent Programs team in the coordination and delivery of critical employee programs including succession planning, talent assessments, employee and career development, leadership development, leadership forums, mentorship, early-career pathways, annual performance management, performance enablement, culture initiatives, and specialized talent programs and training, while ensuring alignment with business priorities, established talent strategies, governance frameworks, and evolving workforce needs. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition & Programs, the Manager will work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and other internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-informed, and inclusive programs that create measurable value for employees, leaders, and the organization.
