You will lead talent and organization development initiatives across multiple locations, managing budgets, performance, and results. You will collaborate with senior HR leaders and partners to solve complex talent challenges and shape program communication strategies for effective employee reception. This role also involves managing stakeholders and risk, serving as a subject-matter expert, setting standards and policies for talent programs, and driving them from strategy through execution. You will contribute to building a high-performing and ethical workplace. As a people leader, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead your own team.
