Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business or Logistics/Supply Chain Management Or equivalent educ/experience
• 5 years Supply Chain Management or Finance experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
• 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred
• healthcare business operations and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting
• experience standardizing disparate processes
• experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement

Nice To Haves

• Formal training in Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement programs.
