About The Position

The Manager of Strategic Enablement is a part of the Project Management Office and responsible for enabling effective governance and leadership operations across a complex, cross-functional organization. This role partners with senior leaders and functional teams to ensure leadership forums are well-run, data-driven, and aligned to strategic objectives. The position emphasizes disciplined meeting logistics, high-quality documentation, and performance reporting, while actively working across functions to obtain, validate, and synthesize data for leadership decision-making. This role is the owner for system solution to execute project management feeding into dashboarding and reporting.

Requirements

  • Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in governance operations, PMO, strategy enablement, business operations, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to collect, validate, and synthesize data for senior leadership consumption.
  • Strong understanding of governance models, leadership operating rhythms, and goal/metric management frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and reporting or dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Wrike, Monday.com).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort partnering with senior leaders while influencing without direct authority.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to distill complex discussions and data into clear, actionable documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the management of governance forums including agenda development, scheduling, minutes, decision logs, and action tracking.
  • Provide insights into trends across projects to leadership
  • Partner cross-functional to obtain accurate, timely data required for leadership reviews, goals, and performance reporting.
  • Support senior leaders by shaping agendas, clarifying objectives, and ensuring meetings are outcome-focused and aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Develop, optimize and maintain the business processes for managing and executing business process and maintain project documentation (i.e. charters, review process, escalation process, decision authority frameworks)
  • Track enterprise or function-level goals, objectives, and key metrics (KPIs), ensuring data integrity and alignment to agreed targets.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting dashboards, scorecards, and templates to provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Monitor follow-through on leadership decisions and commitments, coordinating with cross-functional owners and escalating risks or delays as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve governance effectiveness, meeting efficiency, and reporting quality; support implementation of process improvements.
  • Ensure governance artifacts and reporting meet internal standards, compliance expectations, and audit requirements.
  • Provide clear, concise written and verbal communications suitable for senior leadership audiences, including executive-ready summaries and documentation.
