Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic account management with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Expertise in business planning, data analysis, and interpreting key performance indicators to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and consultative selling to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to present business cases and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to develop and execute account plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
  • OR 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
