About The Position

The Manager, Strategic Account Management leads the development and execution of account strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, aligning business objectives with customer needs, and overseeing team performance through coaching and development. The position requires expertise in data analysis, negotiation, and strategic planning to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results. This specific role will support the Outdoor Power Equipment category. The Marketplace Account Management team drives category growth, seller success, and operational excellence through strategic account management and scalable solutions. Collaborating across functions, the team develops engagement strategies to enhance seller participation and builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. Using data-driven insights, it monitors key business metrics and supports high-volume sellers. Leading a team of associates, the group fosters continuous improvement and operational efficiency to meet business goals and strengthen marketplace impact. This role requires expertise in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, negotiation, and effective communication to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and effective communication to support business objectives.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, business metrics interpretation, and developing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead negotiation processes with a focus on collaborative, value-driven outcomes.
  • Expertise in strategic account planning, forecasting, and translating business requirements into measurable results.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive partnerships while addressing complex business challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
  • 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
