About The Position

The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, oversees adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards within their area of responsibility. This role involves monitoring laws and policies, developing and updating compliance procedures, and collaborating with leadership to address potential gaps. The position requires managing data analysis, reporting findings, and recommending strategic solutions to ensure consistent compliance. Additionally, the manager supports legislative assessment, leads impact evaluations, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships. This role also includes supervising team members, promoting continuous improvement, and upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organization. The Specialty Compliance and Ethics team within the Global Marketplace eCommerce Compliance organization ensures that all marketplace items adhere to legal requirements and company policies. This team manages compliance consistency by monitoring regulations, addressing concerns, and developing strategies to close gaps. Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders, they support policy development, data analysis, and regulatory forecasting. The team fosters accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical standards while promoting clear communication and effective project management to uphold the integrity of the marketplace and protect the business and its customers.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in compliance management and regulatory compliance within complex business environments.
  • Strong ability to develop, update, and implement policies and standard operating procedures aligned with ethical standards and conduct.
  • Experience in monitoring laws, regulations, and compliance trends to identify gaps and recommend effective strategies.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate compliance matters.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to support compliance assessments and regulatory forecasting.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities to lead compliance initiatives and maintain regulatory data programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
