About The Position

The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, oversees adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards within their area of responsibility. Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders, the manager ensures effective communication and implementation of compliance initiatives. They lead legislative impact assessments, manage data programs, and support long-term regulatory forecasting. Collaborating with key stakeholders, the team drives continuous improvement and compliance management while upholding ethical standards. Requirements

  • Proven experience in compliance management and regulatory compliance within complex organizational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical standards, policy development, and auditing standards to ensure adherence to laws and company guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct gap analysis and develop strategies to address compliance and ethics concerns effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of leadership and business units.
  • Project management expertise to lead initiatives, prioritize legislation, and oversee compliance programs.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to research, report, and present findings to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance and ethics consistency by addressing questions, monitoring regulations, and updating policies with leadership input.

  • Lead legislative assessment efforts by researching proposed laws, evaluating business impacts, and developing adaptation plans.
  • Oversee data management programs to track legislation and regulatory trends supporting long-term forecasting.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on regulatory issues, managing research and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
  • Promote adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and integrity in all business practices.
