About The Position

The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within their area of responsibility. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting gap analyses, and advising leadership on compliance risks and ethics issues. The position requires managing research on legislation and regulatory trends, developing policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Regulatory Impact and Response team leads compliance risk management by monitoring laws, conducting gap analyses, and developing policies to ensure adherence within the business. They provide strategic recommendations to leadership, manage regulatory forecasts, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating across business units, the team addresses compliance challenges while upholding governance and ethical standards. Their efforts ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and business objectives, fostering a proactive and well governed environment that supports the organization’s long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
  • 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

  • Strong expertise in conducting gap analyses and developing strategies to address compliance and ethics issues.
