About The Position

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a senior, hands-on Social Video Editor to create short-form social videos featuring physicians, executives and employees. The editor will turn their expertise, experiences and perspectives into useful, engaging content for individual accounts and enterprise channels. This is not a traditional corporate video role; it calls for strong editorial judgment, social instincts and curiosity about the formats and techniques that make short-form video compelling and increase audience engagement. The role works with scripted and unscripted direct-to-camera material, identifying the strongest moments and shaping them into clear, engaging stories through pacing, captions, sound and supporting visuals. The editor should make expert voices feel human and native to social platforms while preserving each creator’s distinctive style. The position may be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Employees hired in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area must work in the office at least four days per week. Remote employees must follow UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution, subject to eligibility requirements. The stated annual salary range is $91,700–$163,700 based on full-time employment.
