THE TEAM is looking for an ambitious and driven Social Media Manager to lead strategy and storytelling for its Music Division’s (MUSIC TEAM) social media account (@the.team.music). This role will oversee social channels that highlight the MUSIC TEAM’s artists, employees, awards partnerships, cross-disciplinary work across the company and more. If you’re passionate about live music and building a dedicated community in the music talent space, this is a strong opportunity to make an impact. These channels represent a key area of the business, so you’ll be expected to quickly build a deep understanding of the Music Division’s brand, artists, stakeholders and partners. You’ll develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to team culture and execute thoughtful, compelling content strategies that connect with audiences and communities across existing and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategically minded and highly hands-on creatively - comfortable not only developing content ideas and editorial direction, but also capturing, editing and producing social-first content in real time across events, shoots, talent moments and company initiatives.
