The Manager, Social Marketing will partner closely with the NBC and Peacock Marketing team to lead data-informed social campaign strategy for scripted and unscripted series. This role will use performance reporting, audience insights, social listening, and trend analysis to shape campaign direction, optimize content and platform strategy, and inform key creative and marketing decisions across the lifecycle of a title. Deliver regular performance reporting, audience insights, and clear recommendations to inform campaign decisions, optimize content strategy, and align stakeholders. Use social listening, sentiment analysis, trend tracking, and competitive monitoring to identify opportunities, surface risks, and inform real-time and long-range campaign strategy. Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure campaign planning, content development, and platform decisions are grounded in audience behavior, platform performance, and cultural insights.
