Social Engagement Director

Arbors at TauntonTaunton, MA
Onsite

About The Position

At Arbors/Ivy, engagement isn’t optional — it’s essential. We are family-oriented, integrity-driven, and committed to creating meaningful experiences for seniors and their families. We work hard, we support each other, and yes — we laugh often. We are looking for a Social Engagement Director who doesn’t just plan activities — but knows every detail matters, follows through impeccably, and truly has a heart for seniors. You will be the energy behind our 7-day-a-week engagement calendar — but more importantly, you will be the connector. The person who learns what each resident loves, what they used to enjoy, what they wish they could still do — and then finds creative ways to bring that spark back.
