About The Opportunity As a Manager, Restaurant Success in the SMB Merchant Network, you'll oversee a team of Associate Account Managers and Senior Associate Account Managers and be assigned to a region. You will play a crucial role in leading and supporting a team of associate account managers to achieve strategic objectives and foster strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED
  • 5+ years of relevant work Sales process experience
  • 1+ years of management/leadership experience is required
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Native-level fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of associate account managers to ensure high performance, engagement, and career growth through coaching and ongoing feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes excellence in client service and achievement of goals.
  • Model creative thinking and problem-solving for the team, providing guidance and support in developing unique solutions.
  • Monitor team performance, track progress against targets, and take proactive measures to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Serve as a supplemental, and sometimes key, point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and effective communication.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between associate account managers and other internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
