About The Position

Empire Homes is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, configuration, and adoption of sales systems and system-enabled business processes within the division. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Process, this role ensures Salesforce, Newstar Sales, and Design Studio Manager are used correctly, consistently, and in full adherence to governance, controls, and standards established by corporate teams. This role does not define policy or governance, however ensures disciplined execution at the divisional level. This position is located at the Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON. This is a newly budgeted position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Business Process roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce and Newstar Sales experience.
  • Strong process discipline and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Design Studio Manager is considered an asset.
  • Experience in homebuilding or real estate preferred.
  • Salesforce training an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales colleagues across Ontario, covering systems (Salesforce, Newstar), sales processes, incentives, and internal campaigns.
  • Standardize enablement content, playbooks, and best practices while allowing for divisional flexibility where needed.
  • Support adoption of new tools, integrations, and sales processes through ongoing training, communications, and reinforcement strategies.
  • Execute and maintain divisional use of Salesforce, Newstar Sales, and Design Studio Manager.
  • Configure workflows, reports, and dashboards within approved configurations.
  • Implement corporate system releases and process changes at the divisional level.
  • Serve as first point of contact for divisional sales system issues.
  • Implement defined sales and customer journey processes.
  • Support new community launches per approved process maps.
  • Validate data accuracy.
  • Enforce disciplined system usage aligned with corporate governance.
  • Escalate compliance or data issues as required.
  • Train users on proper system execution.
  • Maintain SOPs and job aids aligned to corporate standards.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Construction, and Corporate Systems.
  • Cross-train with the Manager, Business Process to ensure vacation coverage and build a foundational understanding of operational systems.
