Arizent is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement & Marketing Operations to support sales growth through clean data, targeted list development, scalable personalization, and high-performing outreach campaigns. This role will focus on building and maintaining accurate prospect data, developing segmented target lists across Arizent’s portfolio of brands, and executing campaigns designed to help the sales team book meetings and generate qualified pipeline. The person in this role will work closely with Sales, Content Strategy, and Operations to improve outreach effectiveness, strengthen data hygiene, and scale personalization through AI-powered tools and workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable working in Salesforce, building segmented lists, developing outreach logic, creating sales materials, and using tools like Clay, Gong, Gemini, and other agentic AI solutions to improve speed, targeting, and campaign performance.
