About The Position

The Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager is the "Player-Coach" responsible for building and executing RTG’s marketing engine. This is a hybrid role that requires a balance of hands-on creation and strategic project management. You will be responsible for the daily pulse of our brand—writing content, updating the website, and creating standard sales tools yourself—while simultaneously managing external freelancers and vendors for complex design, video, or large-scale print initiatives. You are the architect of the strategy, but you are also willing to lay the bricks.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Canva is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a WordPress site (standard page builders like Elementor or Divi).
  • Strong business copywriting skills are non-negotiable; ability to translate technical concepts into persuasive sales arguments.
  • Ability to discern when to do it yourself versus when to outsource.
  • Service-oriented mindset that views the Sales Team as your primary customer.
  • Ability to manage a budget and timeline for multiple freelance projects simultaneously.
  • 4–7 years of B2B Marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a role that required hands-on content creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign/Photoshop is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable resizing images, laying out text, and prepping files for print.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Digital Execution (Internal Focus): Serve as the primary voice of the company, researching and writing initial copy for case studies, blog posts, and white papers. Personally execute the weekly social media calendar (LinkedIn) and monthly email marketing newsletters, including writing posts, creating graphics (Canva/Adobe), and managing deployment. Act as the hands-on administrator for the WordPress site, handling routine updates and coordinating with a developer for complex structural changes.
  • Sales Enablement & Collateral Creation (Hybrid Focus): Create and update "Tier 2" sales assets internally using PowerPoint, Canva, or InDesign. Act as the Creative Director for "Tier 1" assets, writing creative briefs, hiring freelancers/agencies, and managing the revision process. Own the Master Sales Deck, ensuring the "Gold Standard" version is always up to date and accessible.
  • Lead Generation & Events: Manage the end-to-end execution of trade shows, including booking space, designing/ordering booth assets, and managing pre-show marketing. Track lead sources in the CRM and report monthly on "Marketing Influenced Revenue" to demonstrate ROI.
